How Do I Access Google My Business Video Maker?
To access Video Maker, you’ll first need to ensure that you have a Google My Business listing.
Log into the Google account that’s connected to your Business Profile.
Then head over to the Google My Business Video Maker page to get started.
This is where you’ll be able to tell your story and have Google’s Marketing Kit create your video, that customers will be sure to remember.

Other Imporant Elements For Your Google My Business Video
Google Video Maker will automatically pick up pictures you’ve already added to your Google My Business profile. If you have other images you think better reflect your brand or wish to include, you can upload them here.
Just remember, you can only use up to four images within the video creation.
The story section is fairly simple. There are four questions to answer. Google recommends keeping the answers short. This helps ensure watchers can read the text quickly while the video plays.
Here is where you can choose to exclude or include ratings and reviews. If you choose to include reviews, you can choose the ones you’d like to showcase.
You are only allowed to choose two reviews to display, so make sure they are your best ones!
In the Style section there are two theme options, Classic and Collage. It is up to you which one you choose. The Collage option has a few more color palette options so you can personalize the colors to your brand.
Google gives you five musical options to pick from. I personally like the “Ripples & Waves” track, which I used to create my video. Again, try choosing a track that best represents your brand and would appeal to your customers.
At the end of the video, there is a call to action. This is where you have some customization options. If you want customers showing up at your store, for example, your call to action can be to display a business storefront address. Choose your desired CTA, whether it be to display a business phone number or a link to your business website.
Update & View
And that’s it! Once you’ve edited your video, click the “Update & View Video” button. Google will make the changes and redirect you back to the previous page where you can watch your video.
Click the “Download” button to get your copy of the file to share on YouTube, your Google My Business Profile, your website, and your social media channels.
