How our process works
1) You tell us what work or project you need help with
One-time projects, recurring work, or part-time contracting. You tell us the results you're looking for. We'll help define your needs and clearly lay out the steps, deliverables, and timeline for each project.
2) We scope your custom solution and provide a quote
You review your custom proposal and quote from your phone or computer. When you're ready, we make it easy to electronically sign and pay a deposit so we can get started on your work or project.
3) We get to work and stay in touch throughout the process
We'll quickly get to work on your deliverables and communicate with you throughout the process. You'll have the chance to provide regular feedback so everything is just right.

How Do I Get Started?
How Do I Get a Quote?
After a brief phone discussion to learn a little more about your business, we'll develop a custom proposal and quote that suits your needs and fits within your budget.
How Do I Approve the Quote?
If you're happy with the quote, we'll develop a slightly more detailed proposal to make sure we're both on the same page. We'll email you the proposal which can be easily signed electronically. It's that simple.
How Do I Pay For the Quote?
We'll send an electronic invoice for any deposit or amount due relating to your project or work. Payments can be made via Bank (ACH), Credit Card, PayPal, or physical check.
What is a One-Time Project vs Recurring Work?
One-time projects are often related to implementation or setup - new websites, eCommerce setup, social media account creation, logos, internal software implementations, etc... Recurring work often involves regular support and updates - social media posts, digital ads, data cleanup, research, admin tasks, project management, etc...
