Sherman Inn is a luxurious bed and breakfast in Ogdensburg, NY that once served as one the region's oldest elementary schools. The former Sherman School was originally built in 1895 and named after Civil War hero and U.S. Congressman Dr. Socrates Sherman.
Today, Donna and Jim Reagen own and operate Sherman Inn. As part of their effort to highlight Ogdensburg's rich history and cultural heritage, they've named the rooms after U.S. Presidents who have visited the community.
Making It Easier For Their Guests To Book
After purchasing Sherman Inn in 2019, owner's Donna and Jim wanted to make booking a room at Sherman Inn easy. They were looking for a simple way to reserve a room online and communicate with their guests.
What Sherman Inn needed was a new website and booking system where guests could reserve rooms online and owners, Donna and Jim, could manage the reservations.

There were two primary implemented solutions at Sherman Inn. The first was an affordable Weebly Professional account for their new website and the second was a robust Cloudbeds booking engine and channel manager account.
This solution allowed Sherman Inn to easily mange their reservations but also get in front of guests browsing other platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
